Used a SuperPro Universal Tie Rod End Grease Cup #SPF0332K, this is supposed to sit on top of the tie rod base, but is a little large and now sits over the tie rod end base
- 11-May-13; Clean and protect rubber tie rod boots with Einszett Gummi-Pflege

- 11-May-13; Sunroof drains checked and cleaned
- 11-May-13; Check Fan Viscous Coupling
- 11-May-13; ZF transmission fluid drained and refilled Penrite BMV.
Since only about half the fluid is changed when you drain it, and I had plenty left, we changed it again.
- 11-May-13; Transfer case fluid drained and refilled with Castrol Agri AS Trans Plus.
The oriinal fluid was dark and it seemed over filled! So we changed it again since I had enough fluid. There was some crap in what came out.
- 30-Apr-13; Had a crack in the rear muffler where it joins the front pipe welded, the guy added a brace to it as well
- 27-Apr-13; ZF transmission service, filter replaced, filled with Penrite BMV
- 27-Apr-13; Transfer case fluid replaced with Castrol Agri AS Trans Plus
- 27-Apr-13; Diff Oil replaced Penrite Transaxle 75W90 - GL5
- 21-Apr-13; Body, catches and sunroof lubrication as per RAVE
- 14-Apr-13; PCH000910 - Heater Return Hose Replacement, this hose had been leaking at some point and the clips had been replaced, plus it was soft and swollen.
- 14-Apr-13; Cooling System flushed and Coolant replaced
- 5-Apr-13; Replace Battery - Supercharge AllRounder MRV87, another option was the century 86ZMF
Both these batteries are the matching size to the AC Delco S1111 fitted as standard
This is how the batteries stack up
S1111: CCA 830, AH 100, RC 182
MRV87: CCA 825, AH 120, RC 180
86ZMF: CCA 920, AH ???, RC 200
NB: The SuperCharge Battery has Threaded Terminal Posts, you need an adaptor to convert them to the usual starter battery posts
This caused me some pain until i got it sorted out, the adaptors I got were designed for a bolt, so I had to drill out the hole and tap it with a 3/8 UNC Tap (16 TPI)
Despite the hassle, the supercharge battery is excellent since it is a combined Starter and deep cycle battery.
- 15-Mar-13; Grease nipples lubricated
